What to Expect

We'll start with a panel of senior leaders discussing What's Working Now in KC Talent Development, then open the conversation to everyone. Bring your experience, your questions, and one insight you're willing to share. Expect a genuine exchange of ideas with peers, with no sales pitches.

Seats are limited to keep the conversation genuinely peer-level, and we'd be glad to reserve one for you. You're welcome to invite another learning leader from your organization, especially someone you're developing for a future leadership role.
