Her expertise has driven increased staff retention and success, resulting in consistent year-over-year improvements in employee satisfaction and organizational growth. Sheena’s leadership extends to areas such as talent development, cultural transformation, and strategic planning, empowering organizations to achieve their mission and strategic goals.
In her role as the Leader of the Onboarding Special Interest Group, Sheena brings her passion for fostering development and growth to the forefront, creating opportunities for professionals to share insights and best practices in onboarding and talent management.

She was named one of US Reporter’s Top Life Coaches of 2023 and holds the distinction of being both an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Board Certified Coach. Kelly's passion lies in helping individuals and teams connect complex concepts with practical application, optimizing learning experiences, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kendall Wallace is the Assistant Director of IT Learning and Development at The University of Kansas Health System. She is an experienced leader and Instructional Designer with over 20 years of professional experience. She is passionate about creating innovative learning solutions and leveraging analytics to enhance educational experiences.
Kendall holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and a MS in Instructional Design and Technology from Emporia State University. Her academic journey has equipped her with a solid foundation in understanding adult learning sciences and effective instructional methodologies.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, and time outdoors. Additionally, she and her husband are avid bike riders who can often be found at Shawnee Mission Park trails and they frequently embark on cycling journeys to different states.
